  David Smith joined Bresnan International Aviation as Chief Pilot at its inception in 2000 and has over the last twenty years accumulated more than 9,000 hours of flight time. As Director of Operations David is responsible for the overall conduct of operations, including formulation of policy, liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration and regulatory compliance. With an extensive background in Part 135 jet charter operations and management he has been rated on the Falcon 50/900 since 1995 with 2,000 hours of experience in type and has accumulated 7,000 hours in jet aircraft in domestic and international charter and corporate operations. Mr. Smith additionally holds Lear Jet and Beech 300/1900 type ratings and has regularly attended training at FlightSafety since 1991.
