As Director of Maintenance, James Mason is responsible for all aspects of aircraft maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and record keeping and has 27 years experience as Crew Chief in major corporate flight departments operating Dassault Falcon type aircraft.

James is also responsible for developing the maintenance budget, monitoring all expenditures and selecting outside facilities to perform major overhaul and refurbishment projects. He is licensed by the FAA for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) repair and holds Inspection Authorization (IA). Additionally James holds Commercial Pilot privileges with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wagner College, Staten Island, New York, James received his vocational training at Colorado Aero Tech, Broomfield, Colorado and FlightSafety International, Vero Beach, Florida. His ongoing maintenance training is conducted at FlightSafety International.
